#RINGMASTERSOURDOUGH - I began my sourdough journey in January of 2021 during the 8th week of the Artist’s Way. In that week’s tasks it said, “Bake Something.” By this time of the quarantine, I had already picked up guitar, started an urban garden, started a giant worm compost in my back yard, and I designed and built adjustable pipe shelves. I had done so many things already and I refused to bake sourdough because so many of my former restaurant folx had been posting pix of their sourdough loaves for a year. I had refused until the universe opened a door…an oven door.

And so my sourdough journey began.

It changed my life and led me down a path of pro-biotic living.

I’m not saying my bread is better than anyone elses, but I am incredibly good at a specific style of bread and I hope to share it with you some day.
